MORGANTOWN, WV – The owner of the beloved local bakery, The Cupcakerie, is embarking on an exciting new chapter! Owner Anna Carrier is expanding her legacy with Café Rosé, a full-service restaurant, wine, and gift shop that promises to bring a fresh and vibrant one-stop shopping and dining experience to Morgantown. The official Grand Opening will take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 12:00pm at 3200 Collins Ferry Rd—and everyone is invited!

Café Rosé will introduce delicious dining, a curated wine market, custom gift baskets, private event space, catering, and an inviting atmosphere for all occasions. Guests can enjoy a full menu, wine, frosé, beer, cocktails, and unique gifts in a chic, welcoming space. At Café Rosé, everyone has a seat at the table—and every gathering is cause for celebration.

The grand opening celebration on Thursday, April 10, will feature a champagne toast and an abundant grazing board (charcuterie), inviting guests to sip, savor, and celebrate this exciting transformation.
