(MORGANTOWN, W.VA., DEC. 3, 2024) – The Visit Mountaineer Country Convention and Visitors Bureau (VMCCVB) is thrilled to announce that the Peak Health Aquatic Center at Mylan Park will serve as the host venue for the 2025 USA Diving American Cup. The event will take place June 12-15, 2025, and will bring elite divers from around the globe to North Central West Virginia.

The 2025 USA Diving American Cup is a prestigious international diving competition, drawing top-tier athletes, coaches and fans to Morgantown. This event marks another milestone in the growing relationship between USA Diving and the Peak Health Aquatic Center, which has previously hosted USA Diving’s 2022 Winter Nationals, 2023 National Championships and 2024 Junior Nationals.

“Our facility has proven to be a premier destination nationally for competitive diving events, and we are thrilled to host an event that will highlight the talents of incredible athletes and showcase our community and the facility on the international stage,” said Jennifer Lainhart, director of the Peak Health Aquatic Center.

Since first bidding on the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for diving in 2022, the Morgantown community and USA Diving have forged a strong partnership. Building on the success of previous events, Visit Mountaineer Country and the Peak Health Aquatic Center are preparing to bid on the 2028 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for diving.
