Morgantown Mall Welcomes Grandma's Country Kitchen

Morgantown Mall continues its momentum with the upcoming opening of Grandma’s Country Kitchen, a beloved local restaurant, to its growing mix of dining, retail, and service offerings. The restaurant will open in July in a nearly 7,000-square-foot space adjacent to JCPenney and Dunham’s Sports.

The opening marks another exciting addition for Morgantown Mall following the recent arrivals of Pinnacle Pet Health, The Clever Canine, and other innovative concepts that will be announced soon.

Grandma’s Country Kitchen is known for its homemade Appalachian comfort food, made-from-scratch favorites, family recipes, and house made desserts. Guests can look forward to weekly specials, hearty meals, and breakfast and coffee served hot all day, every day.

At the heart of the business are owners Bobby Mayle and Crystal Fruhm, who opened the first Grandma’s Country Kitchen at a roadside stand near Granville. The Morgantown Mall location will be the couple’s third in north central West Virginia and will support continued growth with a larger dining area, food trucks, and private-party catering. Grandma’s has proudly served the greater Morgantown area for more than 10 years.
