Medieval Poker Pop-Up Games are Back!

Step into a world where every move challenges your wit and creativity. Tabletop strategy games are capturing imaginations worldwide with their blend of strategic planning and interactive excitement. In 2025, Changing Vegas Studios first introduced Morgantown locals and students to their new live indie tabletop game, Medieval Poker. 

^{This Spring, get in on the action!}

Head to the Ascend Morgantown office on the first Tuesday of every month to take on three other challengers. Medieval Poker is a hybrid game, combining the best from strategy card games with Texas Hold Em. It's fast-paced, like no other game you've ever played before.

Dave Thompson, the creator of the game, will be your Medieval Poker dealer, so you'll get the chance to ask him your questions directly. Bring your friends! You never know who you'll meet on the gaming table.

Mark your calendars for Pop-Up games on February 3, March 3, and April 7 at 1279 University Avenue in Morgantown, from 6 to 9 p.m.
