First United Promotes Jaime L. Shelton to Director of Customer Service
Amy Garner, Director of Branch Administration, is proud to announce the promotion of Jaime L. Shelton to Director of Customer Service at First United Bank & Trust.
With 24 years of experience in financial services, Jaime began her career at First United as a part-time Customer Service Representative while completing her college education. Over the years, she has held various roles within the bank, including Head Teller, Customer Service Officer, Senior Relationship Advisor, and Community Relationship Manager. Most recently, Jaime served as Director of Retail, where she showcased her exceptional leadership skills and vast knowledge of financial services. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with an Associates of Art degree in Elementary Education.
“We are thrilled to have Jaime transition into the Director of Customer Service role,” said Amy Garner. “Her expertise and strong relationship-building capabilities will greatly benefit our customers and the community.”
Jaime’s passion for her community is also demonstrated through service work, where she focuses on business networking and women’s issues. She serves on the Board of Directors for Girl’s Inc. of Washington County and is as an active committee member for Women in Business of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work and volunteerism, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
