THE WEST VIRGINIA BOTANIC GARDEN JOINS IN GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE FAIRYLANDIA TOUR TO CELEBRATE OUTDOOR IMAGINATION

The West Virginia Botanic Garden announces their participation in Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia Tour on May 8th and 9th, in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation and KidsGardening. With a mission to help young minds grow and inspire natural curiosity, Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia Tour is a three-month program intertwining the new Fairylandia setting featured in the Netflix series with the hands-on enrichment of botanical gardens across the country.

Participating gardens will incorporate Gabby and friends, in varying ways by location, into their respective programming and spaces as they plant a love for learning. Gabby is stepping out of her dollhouse, and into the great outdoors of Morgantown! The West Virginia Botanic Garden will host a Meet & Greet with the Gabby costume character — in her all-new, Fairylandia-themed attire — on May 8-9.

Children and families are invited to participate by registering at wvbg.org. In addition to the costume character Meet & Greet, the Garden will also present Gabby’s Dollhouse themed activities including making a Kitten Fairy crown and a terrarium. Coinciding with the annual West Virginia Botanic Garden Day, activities will be happening on Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th.

Each child will be gifted an activity booklet including temporary tattoos, watercolor sheet, and button to commemorate their visit. Please visit wvbg.org for more information as capacity may be limited. For a list of all participating locations and more information about Gabby’s Dollhouse, please visit GabbysDollhouse.com.
