About Hazel Ruby McQuain Park: Hazel Ruby McQuain Park, established in 1999, offers a dynamic riverfront experience along the Monongahela River in Morgantown, WV. Funded by the Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust, the park has been enhanced with a variety of recreational connections and amenities.
