About the Erickson Alumni Center: Named after Charles F. Erickson, a West Virginian philanthropist and advocate of education, The Erickson Alumni Center represents the home that alumni of WVU will always have in Morgantown. The Erickson opened its doors in October 2008 and serves as the home away from home for alumni and friends of WVU. With more than 48,000 square feet of space, this magnificent facility provides alumni with a place to visit and reminisce with old friends, read one of the books in our alumni library, or enjoy the campus scenery. The Erickson Alumni Center is the headquarters of the WVU Alumni Association as well as a beautiful venue with exemplary catering that can be reserved for weddings, business meetings, and various other events.
