Join in a Water Witch Paddle co-hosted by the Mon River Trails Conservancy and the Morgantown Area Paddlers\, Sunday\, October 18 from 3-6 p.m. on the Mon River. For a flat water adventure\, meet at 10 Walnut Street across from Morgantown Adventure Outfitters and at the bottom of Walnut Street.\nParking is limited. If you are renting a kayak or paddle board\, park at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park or Beechurst Avenue Parking Garage a few blocks away. Rentals of kayaks and paddle boards available at Morgantown Adventure Outfitters for $20 for 3 hours. Costumes are not required but are strongly encouraged! A few extra witches hats are available for small donation to the Mon River Trails Conservancy. \nThis event is free to attend but registration is helpful for planning purposes.
