Owners Mike Barkley and Derek Falkenstein will also be in attendance alongside Business Manager Amanda Harris. ### Founded in 2006 by Derek Falkenstein\, PT\, DPT\, and Michael Barkley\, DPT\, Country Roads Physical Therapy has been committed to delivering top-tier rehabilitation services across West Virginia.
